Benefits Squash



If you like the scent of wet soil, then a vegetable called Latin Luffa aegyptica favorite vegetables can be used. I call it the Gambas or Oyong. Plants from familia Cucurbitaceae is usually called  squash or sponge fruit. Perhaps because the fruits is soft and textured fruit is similar to a sponge.
